Drop-Off Christmas Menu

As we are often booked out over the Christmas period we offer a drop off menu for the big day. We deliver this on the 24th of December, with numbers for drop off limited.

Starters

House Marinated Salmon
Topped with crème fraiche,  capers, and dill.

Poached King Prawns and Sydney Rock oysters
Mignonette sauce, lemon wedges and Marie Rose sauce, .

 Cheese & Charcuterie Board
A selection of premium cheeses, cured meats, dried fruits, and artisan crackers.

Main Event – Traditional Roast Selection

Roast Turkey Buffet

 with Cranberry Sauce and gravy

Slow-Roasted Pork or Ham
served with spiced apple compote and gravy

Sides

Classic Roast Potatoes
Golden and crispy, seasoned with rosemary and sea salt.

Honey-Glazed Carrots
Roasted until tender with a drizzle of honey and thyme.

Green Beans with Almond
Blanched green beans, tossed in almonds, olive oil, salt and pepper

Desserts

Traditional Christmas Pudding
Served with brandy custard and fresh cream.

Pavlova
  topped with whipped cream and summer berries.

Fruit Mince Pies
Buttery pastry filled with spiced fruit, served with a dusting of powdered sugar.
